Sterling Registrars is a mono-product company that deals professionally with shares registration. We serve as registrars to quoted companies or unquoted companies (that is companies that are not listed and yet they are plc) and also to offers.
What we do include but not limited to the followings:
- Registration of share transfers.
- Payment of dividend warrants/interest to shareholders or bondholders respectively.
- Distribution of annual reports and accounts.
- Issuing of share certificates.
- New issues, Rights issues, Private placements, Mergers and Acquisition.
- Verification of Shareholders/bondholders signature.
- Production and filling of statutory reports with the corporate affairs commission.
- Liaising with CSCS to update the register of shareholders/ Registration of share transfers.
