The Requirements for Transmission are as follows:
- Photocopy of Death Certificate.
- Photocopy of letters of Administration or probate letters, as the case may be
- Original copy of (1) and (2) above, for sighting.
- Specimen signatures of All the Administrators/Executors, duly confirmed by a Bank where the Estate Account is domicile.
- The entire relative share certificates and dividend warrants for endorsement.
- A covering letter of introduction/instruction, duly sighed by the Administrators.
- Passport photograph of the Administrators.
Please note that items 1 - 6 shall be lodged at the counter of Sterling Registrars limited.
