Razack Adeyemi Adeola: Chairman
Mr. R.A. Adeola is an experienced lawyer and banker with over 18 years of experience.
He holds a LLB and a LLM with specialisation in Law of Secured Credit Transactions and International Economic Law. He is a John F. Kennedy Scholar, and former Governing Council member of the Financial Institutions Training Centre.
He was the Deputy Managing Director of Trust Bank prelude to his appointment as an Executive Director of Sterling Bank. He has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Nigerian International Bank (a member of the Citigroup).
He is presently the Group Managing Director/CEO of Sterling Bank Plc and the Chairman of Sterling Registrars Limited
Gboyega Babalola (Managing Director)
Gboyega holds a B.Sc. From the University of Lagos and MBA from ESUT Business School. He has tremendous experience in Share Registration business spanning seventeen years.
Prior to his appointment as Registrar/Managing Director of NAL Registrars Limited in 2000, he had served at different top-level positions at Union Bank Plc (Registrars Department) and City Securities Limited.
