- On request, clients can have access to our database to enable them monitor movement on their shareholders register.
- Prompt verification of signatures for easy transfer and lodgments. This will elicit increase interest in the trading of client company’s shares on the floor of the Stock Exchange.
- Timely dispatch of circulars of meetings, Annual reports, dividend warrants rights circulars and share certificate in respect of transfers, new, rights as well as bonus issues.
- Attend to all statutory meetings such as annual General Meeting (AGM) and Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM).
- Negotiable with courier companies with a view to getting the best rate for the distribution of new issue documents. We will also follow-up on them to ensure widespread distribution of such documents.
- Receive return from all approved agents to an issue and thereafter, prepare allotment proposals to SEC and other relevant authorities.
- On approval of the allotment proposal, prepare share certificates and subsequently, distribute them.
- Any other activities necessary to achieve your objectives as may be directed
